PEAK IS
NOT A GYM.

Don't compare coached athletic training to the price of gym access.

A cheap gym membership gives you access to equipment.

PEAK gives you the equipment AND the training.

Strength & confidence

I am 57 years old. I've been going to peak for about 6 months. I have lost weight and gained strength balance and brain focus. When I first started, I could barely do one push up. Now I can whip out 5 reps of 10 push-ups like nothing.

I love that there is a trainer. I love that I am working out with other order members who have the same goals that I have. I love that we start and end with prayer. I mostly love that I continually surprise myself with what I am able to do easily when I couldn't do it before.

Coaching & community

“I’ve Developed new friends and gotten to know everyone In Our class”

I want to shout out and agree with what’s been said about PEAK training myself…

I’ve been going to the earliest class at 5:15 since January…. And boy is Aaron Gardner a great leader for our class…. He and James and John Young always start the class with prayer.

Yes, I’m the oldest member of the class on the days that my spouse is not there with me,
But I feel so protected since those capable young men always :

  1. look out for me continually
  2. never let me overdo it if I attempting to surpass my current ability level….
  3. Encourage me to increase my strength when I’m ready to….
    (Take my next step)
  4. Even notice me at church and other events when I have missed class to let me know they’ve missed me at class, and gently mention that those who progress the quickest attend every class….its not forceful….its just gentle fellowshipping that makes me feel valued !
  5. I’ve Developed new friends and gotten to know everyone In Our class….many folks in the order I may never have known by their first names before !

Now we fist bump at church in honor of our PEAK strength training….

I too find much better health by prioritizing animal protein & animal fats.

Imagine that!!

I can second that post!!
I started going to PEAK about 10 weeks ago, and I feel so energized in the morning!

I used to crash around 11am then again around 5. Since I started going, I have been waking up around 6:00 and having energy to care for my family until 9:00 pm when it's time to go to bed.
I LOVE it!

Taking the first step

“I was pretty worried that I wouldn’t be able to keep up and it was pretty intimidating in my mind. I went to the first class and I was so glad I did.”

Post on exercise- last December I felt like my body was falling apart. Things had gradually been happening but it seemed like everything got bad fast toward the last part of the year. My lower back ached, my left knee hurt almost all of the time. My memory started getting bad. I was having trouble sleeping and my heart started to hurt periodically but enough to notice something wasn’t right. I didn’t know what to do.

One of my boys was starting at PEAK the following Monday and I dreamed that I needed to start going with him so decided I was going to go. I was pretty worried that I wouldn’t be able to keep up and it was pretty intimidating in my mind. I went to the first class and I was so glad I did.

I’ve been going consistently for 6 months and almost every ailment that I started the year with is gone. My energy is better than it’s been it years, my mind is clear, my mobility and balance is tons better my back and knee pain are gone. I can lay down flat on my back without it hurting and my strength is improving.

I LOVE going to that class. It’s more than a strength training class, it’s an overall mind and body wellness class. I credit this class along with prioritizing more protein in my diet for the improvement in my health ☺️
