Schedule FAQ

What ages can train at PEAK?

Our training is designed for athletes 12 and older.

  • Ages 12–17: Must have a parent or guardian’s approval, a signed waiver, and an adult present during training.
  • Ages 18+: Can train independently without a parent present.

If you’re unsure where your athlete fits, contact us and we’ll help you decide.

Are you open on holidays?

We are typically closed on major holidays and may run a modified schedule around them. Holiday changes will always be announced in advance on the schedule and through our communication channels.

Do I still need to book each class if I have a membership?

Yes. Even with a membership, you need to reserve your spot for each class. This helps us manage numbers, coaching coverage, and make sure every session runs smoothly.

Can I switch between classes?

Only Premium members can switch freely between time slots. Standard memberships are assigned a primary time block to keep class sizes balanced and coaching focused.
