Track Your Progress
Training only works if you can see the progress. Use our tools to log your sessions, track your performance, and see real changes over time.
PEAK Performance Tracking Sheet
This printable tracker is designed to help you:
- Log your sessions week by week.
- Record strength numbers, conditioning results, and speed tests.
- Track how you feel, sleep, and recover across each phase.
- See progress over months, not just days.
Download the Tracker
Print it, bring it to training, and keep it in your gym bag or binder.

Use one sheet per training block or phase. Write down:
- Main lifts and loads
- Conditioning times or distances
- Key speed or jump tests
- Notes on how you felt that day
Monthly Checkups & Deeper Tracking
On top of day-to-day tracking, we recommend a simple monthly checkup to see what’s changing under the hood and to keep your training aligned with your goals.
DEXA Scan
Get a detailed look at body composition: lean mass, fat distribution, and bone density. It’s one of the best ways to see how your training is changing your body over time.
Performance Benchmarks
Retest key lifts, speed, and conditioning: max or rep tests, sprint splits, jump height, and work capacity. Use these numbers to adjust each new phase.
Movement & Goal Review
Check technique with a coach, review how your body feels, and make sure your training plan still matches your sport, season, and life schedule.
These monthly check-ins help you see real progress, catch plateaus early, and stay locked in on what matters most for your performance.
Test Your Progress with APX Athletics
We partner with APX Athletics to give our athletes access to professionally run events and testing days. At APX events, you can measure your speed, power, and game readiness in a competitive but controlled environment.
Use these events as checkpoints for your training: see where you’re improving, where you need work, and how you stack up over time.
