Recommended KB weights by body weight and training level. Use this to pick the right bell for swings, cleans, presses, and snatches.

When in doubt: start lighter and earn the upgrade with clean, repeatable reps.

Usage Guidelines

  • Beginner (Light): learning form, rehab, or endurance work.
  • Intermediate (Standard): regular training once form and control are solid.
  • Advanced (Strong): experienced lifters with full control and stability.

Progression & Safety

  • Move up when you can perform swings, presses, squats, and snatches for multiple sets with perfect form and no joint discomfort.
  • Don’t increase if form breaks down, grip dies early, or pain shows up (shoulders/back/knees).
  • Prioritize control, breathing, and posture before adding load.
