When in doubt: start lighter and earn the upgrade with clean, repeatable reps.
Usage Guidelines
- Beginner (Light): learning form, rehab, or endurance work.
- Intermediate (Standard): regular training once form and control are solid.
- Advanced (Strong): experienced lifters with full control and stability.
Progression & Safety
- Move up when you can perform swings, presses, squats, and snatches for multiple sets with perfect form and no joint discomfort.
- Don’t increase if form breaks down, grip dies early, or pain shows up (shoulders/back/knees).
- Prioritize control, breathing, and posture before adding load.
